What I eat


I always love checking out videos of what certain people eat in a day. It gives great insight on how they got to where they are, how they fuel their days and ideas for my own day to day (and clients). SO I took the plunge and actually had a ton of fun filming this video for you guys.

I Do also want to point out one thing. I eat a low fat, high carb, low protein diet. Which means I do not focus on getting a certain amount of protein in every days. That being said, a woman of my high and stature only requires abour 30-35 grams a day. I got in OVER 60 grams not even thinking twice AND it coverred all the essential amino acids. My point is: eat enough caliries, variety and colors in a day and you have NOTHING to worry about. End rant.
