There are times where there is nothing more satisfying that a big creamy filling and warming bowl of decadent soup. Presonally I prefer belnded soups, homogenous wonderful bowls full of flavor and a creamy texture that tastes like pure comfort. I met the lovely gentlemen that owns and operates SImply Delish Soup and Salad Co with his wife at my local farmer's market here in New Westminster where I had a stall advertizing the Secret Dinner Club. He was so nice and talked to me about how his products were all transitionning to being plant-based and gluten free, that by the end of the summer, he'd be 100% transitionned. This is defnitely something that is great to hear!
Sometimes I just get a block, I had a super successful cooking day ast week, but somehow the week slipped away from me in regards to blogging. Vegan MoFo is once again kicking my butt. But really, in my defence, packing and recipe making kindof conflict in matters of time and space. With the movers picking everything up on Saturday, I'll have a better change to get some cooking in to finish up this year's roll with my full 20 posts.
So I missed yesterday, I had a post planned on how to make bbq sauce, but I ran out of time the day before to actually take pictures and the lighting yesterday was terrible.
