Pulled Jackfruit

Summer and BBQ sauce are things that go hand in hand for me. I always liked things drowning in sauce, and with BBQ sauce and pulled Jackfruit, it's supposed to be that way.

Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Time management skills are not my current strongest suit right now. I haven't had a proper full cooking day in awhile, which makes me happy that I like doing recipes a few at a time so that I always have something to post.

Nut-Free Caesar Salad Dressing

Ceaser salad is one of those iconic dishes that are available pretty much everywhere. I've often seen it on the weirdest of places, like at a chinese restaurant of all places. It has become one of the most common salads to be found and can be made in a large variety of ways.

Lemon Roasted Potatoes

Coming out of a 3 day water fast, I am seriously more appreciative of food. I did it for several reasons, I have some health issues that are being stubborn and need to be addressed but no way of getting any tests at the moment without a massive bill at the end of it all. It is not something I would generally recommend anyone to do without having actual health issues. It's no juice fast.

Asian Green Beans

Sometimes the simplest thing are the best.Like this recipe, simple, fresh and easy to make.Web Wednesdays are fun because all I'm doing is googling three ingredients I have in my fridge/pantry and attaching vegan and recipe to them. I look through the results to find something that appeals to me and make it.This time around I included green beans, rice and ginger. Asian green beans sounded the best and the simplest to make. 20 minutes later dinner was served!
