Whenever I get the "craving" for BBQ sauce and I'm at the grocery store looking for one, I find that I leave empty handed because they always have *some* kind of ingredient that doesnt work for me. Not to mention a ton of salt. So now, I just make my own. This makes it easier in several ways: it's cheaper to make it than buy it (especially organic and processed stuff free), it takes all of 5 minutes to whip up and then 10-15 minutes simmering.
Summer and BBQ sauce are things that go hand in hand for me. I always liked things drowning in sauce, and with BBQ sauce and pulled Jackfruit, it's supposed to be that way.

This is one of those posts that doesn't even need many words. This recipe is ridiculous. By that I mean, while I was eating it, I couldn't even believe how much it tasted like cow based cheese sauces. If I hadn't made it with my own bare hands, I would not have eaten it cause I wouldn't believe it was vegan.
Ceaser salad is one of those iconic dishes that are available pretty much everywhere. I've often seen it on the weirdest of places, like at a chinese restaurant of all places. It has become one of the most common salads to be found and can be made in a large variety of ways.
Getting used to having a "real job" is weird. I've been so used to being able to pull either 12 hour days working on websites, this blog and taking courses, or just vedging out that getting used to have to be doing a certain task 5 days a week that isn't working towards total independence is just odd.
