When I started jucing, I really kept it simple and fruity. I loved making fresh orange, pineapple, watermelon or apple juices. My first few juice feasts were done simply drinking citrus juicees (orange, grapefruit, lemon, lime) and I loved the way they made me feel. They are usually higher calorie fasts, so you can continue your day-to-day with no effect other than some detox. Then I got a masticating juicer and the real fun began!
