Vegan Maple Coconut Blueberry Cheesecake

There are times where a slight deviation to a usual food plan are warranted by being able to blow people's minds with what evgan food can do. This is one of those times. What to serve or bring to parties and potlucks, ezpecially those with mixed diets involved, seem to be one of the biggest recent food dilemnas people are having. Caramel Rice Crispie Squares

Desserts aren't really something I make too often. Mostly because my sweet tooth is satisfied by fruit or banana ice cream. But sometimes there are thing I get curious about making vegan versions of, I like showing the versatility of veganism and the whole whatever you cna eat, I can eat vegan things. Cause I had two pieces and then I gave the rest away to them.

Being gluten free can sometimes be achallenge, especially when you're looking for bread that has the right taste, texture and holds up to being used in various ways. Although I've found that looking for local bakeries that make vegan and gluten free bread is the best route to go, sometimes it's just easier to go without and create dishes we love without the bun. Not to mention easier on the waller since it's still a specialty product and my usual loaf is about 7 dollars.

Simply Delish Soup and Salad Co. Review

I met the lovely gentlemen that owns and operates SImply Delish Soup and Salad Co with his wife at my local farmer's market here in New Westminster where I had a stall advertizing the Secret Dinner Club. He was so nice and talked to me about how his products were all transitionning to being plant-based and gluten free, that by the end of the summer, he'd be 100% transitionned. This is defnitely something that is great to hear!
