Gah it's been too long! I was going quite insane with my grant applications and other things involving the personal chef launch things that I just completely forgot to blog. Bad blogger! I also had to bring in my laptop (AGAIN) to get fixed for what I sincerely hope is the last time. So now I can really focus on getting back in the at-least-twice-a-week blogging habit. Sweet and Spicy Vegan Pork

Most of the time, I kinda cringe at using meat names to describe my vegan recipes. But with this recipe for Sweet and Sour Vegan TVP, it was just so ridiculously similar that I got the "Are you sure this doesn't have meat?" remark from my roomies and partner. I always get some weird satisfaction when people are "surprised" that what I've made is plant-basd, it's proof that you really can have your cake and eat it too.

Cheezy Tomato Soup

Vegan MoFo is once again kicking my butt. But really, in my defence, packing and recipe making kindof conflict in matters of time and space. With the movers picking everything up on Saturday, I'll have a better change to get some cooking in to finish up this year's roll with my full 20 posts.

Chipotle Hummus

This month is already setting itself up to be extremely busy for me. What with Vegan MoFo taking up quite a bit of time, I am also moving to Vancouver at the end of the month. On top of this I have full time work and quite a few docs appointements over the next few weeks to figure out some issues I've been having.
