There are times where there is nothing more satisfying that a big creamy filling and warming bowl of decadent soup. Presonally I prefer belnded soups, homogenous wonderful bowls full of flavor and a creamy texture that tastes like pure comfort. Sometimes you just need a simple dinner that doesnt take too much time or effort. The stir fry is the ultimate fast and easy dinner since you can make the sauce in the same pan as the bulk of the meal, with some rice simmering away in the next pot. This particular recipe is a rainbow of vergetables with a simple and quick sauce that all comes together quicker than the white rice accompanying it.
How time flies! I haven't posted in awhile, mostly due to the increased efforts I've been putting towards the launch of a personal chef service here in Vancouver. I'm getting SO close to being totally ready and I'm excited (and scared) beyond anything to be doing this.
