Appetizers and Dips

I've cracked it! First with my Hot Cauliflower Wings, now with these onions rings. A batter that requires zero oils or fats to crisp up beautifly in a hot oven. I have many many plans for this. Most definitely will be serving variations of these to people would join our secret dinner parties (more info coming soon, but you can sign up for the mailing list here.)
How time flies! I haven't posted in awhile, mostly due to the increased efforts I've been putting towards the launch of a personal chef service here in Vancouver. I'm getting SO close to being totally ready and I'm excited (and scared) beyond anything to be doing this. I have a few cooking classes ready to be advertized and will be making annoucements soon as to a schedule and all that. As we enter our next week of moving, I am ridiculously thankful that we signed a 24 month lease on our hew house. Don't ge me wrong, I love change and travel and all those lovely things but the moving aspect I am a little over. I am really excited to really discover Vancouver and all it has to offer over what I consider to be a long term stay. Plus, you know with the personal chef service under way, I'm going to need all that time to really sink my teeth into thsi new venture and bring ...

With Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend, I though a little round up of recipes on the blog that I would serve for thanksgiving would be a perfect way to start implementing Wednesday posts again. Since we just got here, we probably won't be having a big dinner or anything, but I will definitely be making some pumpkin recipes over the weekend to get in on the holiday cheer.
