As I was strolling through the grocery store, I was taken aback at how expensice coconut butter was. Not even organic types were over $12 for less than 400ml. Since I started using it, I always made it myself because it's both incredibly easy and inexpensive to make, plus it only take about 20 minutes from start to finish.
Vegan MoFo is once again kicking my butt. But really, in my defence, packing and recipe making kindof conflict in matters of time and space. With the movers picking everything up on Saturday, I'll have a better change to get some cooking in to finish up this year's roll with my full 20 posts.
Condiments and Sauces

This is one of those posts that doesn't even need many words. This recipe is ridiculous. By that I mean, while I was eating it, I couldn't even believe how much it tasted like cow based cheese sauces. If I hadn't made it with my own bare hands, I would not have eaten it cause I wouldn't believe it was vegan.
Ceaser salad is one of those iconic dishes that are available pretty much everywhere. I've often seen it on the weirdest of places, like at a chinese restaurant of all places. It has become one of the most common salads to be found and can be made in a large variety of ways.
