Peach Habanero Hot Sauce


First things first, I LIVE HOT SAUCE. I pretty much put it on everything. There's also something awesoem to opening the fridge and having a large variety to choose from, from the classic Louisiana to Sriracha to this gem Peach Habanero. While I usually buy the first 2 because they generally have simple ingredient lists without any junk or chemicals (The classic Sriracha does, but now there are many to choose from that don't), I love how easy it is to make my own.

Since peaches are in season, this is the perfect time of year to make a huge batch of this sauce. It's whole food, gluten free and chemical free deliciousness keeps for a couple months at least, seeing as the venegar keeps everything fresh. As a warning, this is suicide hot, so if you like it milder, use less than half the habaneros and add bell peppers. I actually might have used too much even for me, but that means I just ise a tiny bit in recipes or on dishes. 

There are a milliong different varitation you could use as well. I'll try from now on the make a seasonal hot sauce every month or so during the harvest season here in Canada, then I'll have tons for the whole winter. Plus, this costs a fraction of the money buying the gourmet hot sauces would.
