How to make Healthy (er) Nanaimo Bars


There are recipes that come along that you feel like are so precious you're torn whether to shout them off the rooftop to everyone that can hear or guard preciously as your secret weapon. While these Nanaimo Bars are one of those recipes, I can;t help it, no matter how conflicted I am, I ahve to share. Because these guys are just amazing, AND they're at least a million times healthier than the original recipe. And when people tell you they are the best they've ever had, vegan, gluten free or otherwise, you just have to share it! 

So make these, and try not to eat the whole tray?
