Chocolate Coconut Energy Balls

Some mornings, a smoothie or juice, which is the norm around here, just doesn't cut it. I want something rich and that tastes like dessert. This is where these energy balls come in. While there are about a million ways to make them, this is definitely my go-to.
They are also GREAT for riding or running, or any workout really. It's a carb-loading snack that takes just a minute to eat and stores easily in a small bag. If you want a pure carb version without the coconut, just use oats instead.
I'm really happy to be writing a blog post again! I've been focusing more on videos lately and it's nice to get back to the roots thats this blog was built on. I'm actually juice feasting at the moment too, and that seriosuly helps with mental clarity, which I have been lacking lately. I'm planning to have 1-2 videos a week and 1-2 blogs posts from now on to balance it all out with running my meal service business. Is there anything you'd like to see on the blog?
